Refurbishment and extension of the former 1970s office building, St Crispin’s House in Norwich city centre, to create a 684-bedroom student accommodation development. The zinc cladding was chosen as a traditional form of construction and material, coupled with the practical benefits of being lightweight and durable. The zinc is the prominent feature of the build whilst complimenting the varied façade palette.
